How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make
every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

What about shipping?

We ship both domestically and to international
destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street
from us in Istanbul, you'll get it faster than if you live in Tokyo.

For local shipping it's 1-5 days.

For international shipping it's 3-6 days.

Weekends and holidays can affect on shipping times.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can always check status at your account page or by the link that we sent you after order confirmation.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How can I refund?

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

General Terms

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local post offices doesn't work at weekends and holidays so it can affect on shipping times.

We do not ship to Russia and Belarus.

Domestic Shipping

For promotional period Standard shipping is FREE.

We offer $3 flat rate shipping to all domestic shipping.

Delivery takes 1-5 days.

International Shipping

For promotional period Standard shipping is FREE.

By default we use standard local delivery company PTT for International shipment. It's cost $5 - $25 and 3-6 days for delivery.

If you want another delivery company like UPS or FedEx then contact us and we can help you. It will cost $70-$300 and 1-4 days for delivery.

If you think that your order shipment cost is overpriced or wrong, contact us and we can check it.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CALAHARAH is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
